The website is operated by EFBA Pharma (EFBA). It presents EFBA’s information for healthcare professionals, licensed healthcare facilities and licensed pharmaceutical importers and distributors.
3. Scope of use
The website is provided for information, partnership enquiries and quotation requests. It does not constitute medical advice, a prescription or a recommendation to use any pharmaceutical or biologically active product, and nothing on it is an offer for sale of any product. Information on the website does not replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional or the product information approved for use in your jurisdiction.
4. Healthcare professionals and licensed trade only
The website is intended for healthcare professionals, licensed healthcare facilities and licensed pharmaceutical importers and distributors. Its content, including the Molecular Knowledge Base and the Catalogue, is a scientific and technical reference for these users. It is not directed at the general public and should not be read as patient-facing guidance or as advertising to the public. IVIXIR products are supplied in the Philippines only with the authorization required by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Philippines and through a licensed importer; samples are not offered via this website.
The Catalogue page asks you to confirm that you are a healthcare professional or licensed distributor. By confirming, you represent that this is true. The confirmation is remembered in your browser (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Enquiries and quote requests
The forms on the website are the only way to contact us through it. By sending a form you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to provide them. A quote request or an enquiry is not an order and creates no obligation for either side. How we handle the personal data you send is described in the Privacy Policy.
