Registration: the role of the licensed partner
In the Philippines, a pharmaceutical product needs a Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Philippines before it can be imported, sold or supplied. The application is made by a local company that holds a License to Operate (LTO) from the FDA.
Current status
IVIXIR products hold no Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) and are not registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Philippines. EFBA is looking for a licensed partner to carry out this process; the partner holds the registration and the licenses.
